All prices on the Hygge Home online store are given in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) exclusive of delivery costs.
Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Hygge Home takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.
Prices on the online site are current at the time of display and subject to variation without notice.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Hygge Home strives to be as accurate as possible when describing the products featured on our site. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
If a product offered on Hygge Home is found to be not as described, it is your responsibility to return it in an unused condition for a full refund, credit or exchange.

REFUND POLICY
At Hygge Home we want you to absolutely love your purchase!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return please email us on hyggehomenz@gmail.com and return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the products.
All items must be in original saleable condition; unused, unopened, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. In the instance of repair, replacement or exchange we will not charge you additional shipping.
All orders processed using our discount code 'WELCOME10' are final and all sale terms and conditions apply. All sales items are final sale and are strictly non-returnable. This includes items purchased during flash sales.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Hygge Home online store take great effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. Returns of faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.
Returns received outside of the above time frames will not be accepted.
ONLINE PROCESS
Full payment for your order must be received before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm your order by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received.

All information we collect is used solely to process your order. We want to make your shopping experience as safe as possible.
